Meet live owls, gain skills to find wild owls without disturbing them, learn how to attract and protect owls near you. 12:00 noon: Live Birds of Prey with Tom Ricardi Majestic birds, raptors are even more impressive up close! Join wildlife rehabilitator Tom Ricardi to meet - in person - the hawks, owls and a bald eagle that he cares for. Tom's respect for living creatures and his fascinating stories make him an inspirational presenter to all ages. 1:30 pm: Eyes on Owls with Marcia and Mark Wilson Whether you missed it in the morning or just can't get enough owls, join Marcia and Mark for a repeat performance of Eyes on Owls. Hawks over Holyoke will take place rain or shine. The live bird presentations last approximately one-hour, so bring a lawn chair if that will make it more enjoyable for you. The nature of this event makes it a dog-free zone (service dogs always welcome). |
